CLIENT: Immotion VR
THE CHALLENGE: We were commissioned to film Immotion Group’s pop-up shop in Manchester’s Arndale Centre, capturing customers reactions whilst on the amazing virtual reality pods. We then quickly set about the edit, adding in sound effects and supplied footage of the animated experiences, cut in with shots of the customers in action.
HOW WE DID IT: As the space available to us was minimal, we needed to stay out of the way of customers whilst managing to get up close and personal to catch the reactions. We were a crew of two on the day, operating a Sony FS7 on a monopod and tripod / slider. We then set to work on the edit the following day, and completed it within 24 hours of the shoot!
THE RESULTS: This purpose of this short edit was capture the thrill that the customers / viewers experienced, whilst plugged into the fully immersive VR games and experiences.
