On the 24th May we filmed Camp Digital 2017, for one of our favourite clients: Sigma. This was the third year running we have filmed the event, which is a day filled with many engaging and interesting talks and presentations about UX (User Experience). We filmed in two locations simultaneously at Manchester Town Hall, using two cameras for each speaker.

We’re now working on editing an overview film of the day and 11.5 hours of presentations, which will be uploaded to Youtube with subtitles added.

Here’s a quick time-lapse of the Great Hall over the course of about 3 hours of the day, which was captured in 4K by a GoPro Hero 4 Black.

We went down to Northampton yesterday to film a few product tests at the SATRA laboratory, for Arco’s ‘Trojan’ brand. We spent the day filming the tests with a Sony FS7 camera, all shot in 100 frames per second with a macro lens to gather super close up shots of the products being tested. Work now begins on the edit of four individual product films, which should each last about 30 seconds.
